Budimex and its parent company Ferrovial filed the lowest bid in a tender for the upgrade of a nearly 30 km railway section between Otwock and Pilawa (Mazowieckie region). The value of the bid was PLN 389.6 mln (90.1 million euros) net. Budimex holds a 95% stake in the construction consortium while its parent company holds the remaining 5%. The deadline for completing the works is 34 months since the beginning of construction.
