Several contracts between Bulgarian and Polish companies totaling over EUR 30 million have been signed at the bilateral business forum, an event organized by the Bulgarian and Polish Economic Ministries in Warsaw.
Among the contracts are the sale and repair of 40 freight wagons from Bulgaria, which is concluded between Septemvri factory and ZUE Group. The volume of the order will guarantee the full capacity of the Bulgarian enterprises, with negotiations for the number of wagons to be doubled.
A Bulgarian-Polish consortium will apply for the construction of Sofia’s ticket system. This will be done by a signed agreement between Balkantel and the Polish company Merra. At the same time, Bulgarian companies will be involved in the construction of infrastructure projects in Poland. The company “Ghigastroy” Ltd. and “ZUE” group will partner in the construction of railway facilities.
