The countries of the Greater Mekong Subregion(GMS)—Cambodia, the People’s Republic of China(PRC), the Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Lao PDR), Myanmar, Thailand, and VietNam—have expressed their desire, through the GMS Economic Cooperation Program, for better transport connectivity to improve the environment for trade.
Based on the massive success of inaugural Rail Expansion Series Events previously, GMS Rail Expansion Summit 2017(GRES 2017) will continue the saga of providing necessary platform to all rail industry stake holders. GRES 2017 is scheduled for Nov. 30 – Dec. 1, 2017 Hanoi, Vietnam.
