Aeroexpress and PayPal are launching a campaign dubbed “A Return Trip with PayPal” which will enable participants to buy return tickets (one journey to the airport and one trip to the rail terminal) for only RUB 420 (6.8 euros). To receive a 50% discount, passengers have to purchase a return trip with PayPal ticket at www.aeroexpress.ru and pay for it using the PayPal service. Currently, one return ticket costs RUB 1,000 (16.2 euros) when bought from ticket offices, TVMs, ticket sales clerks, or at the turnstiles using the Pay@Gate service.
“Every year we record an increasing popularity of electronic sales channels, so we try to offer our smart passengers the most beneficial conditions. Our joint campaign with PayPal offers our passengers, who are used to planning their trips in advance, the opportunity to purchase two tickets for the price of one and not worry about the security of their online payment,” said Valery Fyodorov, Chief Operating Officer of Aeroexpress.
