The holding enterprise Rail Baltic Estonia has announced a risk analysis tender with a goal to define risks connected to preparing for the construction of the Rail Baltica European-gauge railroad and measures for reducing these.
The risk analysis will be conducted in two parts. The first part includes a risk analysis on carrying out the project from the planning phase until the start of construction works (2017-2020). The second part includes a risk analysis on risks from the start of construction works until commissioning the high-speed railway in 2026.
