CFR SA has completed the tender procedure for the rehabilitation of 21 bridges and culverts located on Galati regional subsidiary (Vrancea, Buzau, Bacau and Galati). The project has a total cost of RON 129.73 million (EUR 28.86 million) financed from non-reimbursable foreign funds and from the state budget.
The companies that won the 4 lots of works are Arcada – Daria Const – ISAFT Litoral Consortium, with a final offer of RON 18.46 million (VAT excluded) for Lot I, Confer Group –Tableros Y Puentes– Radaria Consortium, with a final offer of RON 20.61 million (VAT excluded) for Lot II, Implenia Baugesellschaft – GDO MOV IMPEX Consortium, with an offer of RON 27.42 million (VAT excluded) for Lot III and Implenia Baugesellschaft – GDO MOV IMPEX Consortium, with an offer of RON 37.63 million (VAT excluded) for Lot IV. The programme for the rehabilitation of the 21 rail objectives include the optimisation of traffic on Zoita-Rm. Sarat, Gugesti-Cotesti, Rm. Sarat-Sihlea, Onesti-Tg.Ocna, Borzesti-Onesti, Ghimes-Bolovanis, Asau-Ghimes, Asau-Goioasa, Focsani-Putna Seaca, Galati-Frontiera Reni, Marasesti-Padureni, Padureni-Pufesti, Onesti-Tg. Ocna, Tg. Ocna-Ciresoaia sections.
At the end of the period dedicated to legal contests, public procurement contracts can be concluded and signed by CFR SA and by the winning bidder for every lot.
