EBRD has announced the tender for consultancy services on the rehabilitation and construction of railway lines in Albania. Interested firms or groups of firms are invited to submit expressions of interest.
The project consists in two components:
-rehabilitation of the existing railway line between the cities of Tirana and Durres;
– construction of a new railway link to Tirana International Airport (“TIA”).
The estimated cost for the assignment is EUR 500,000 and the closing date is December 9, 2016.
