One of the Russian Railways’ companies announced a tender with limited participation for elaborating documentation and construction of railway accesses to a transport junction across the Kerch Bridge.
According to the information published on the website of state procurement, the initial price of the contract with “Directorate of Premises for Transport Executive Authorities” federal government agency is RUB 16,947 billion (USD 272 million).
Documentation should be prepared until the 1st of December 2018, whereas the construction works and commissioning should be executed until the 1st of April 2019. The object is scheduled to be put into a permanent operation on the 1st of December 2019. The tender results are to be announced on the 26th of October.
