Russia’s Primorye Governor Vladimir Miklushevsky did not rule out a potential participation of Chinese investors in the construction and modernization of railroad infrastructure in the region.
“I think this is possible … We’re already in talks with Chinese partners on their potential investment in transport corridors Primorye-1 and Primorye-2,” he said, adding that “the issue of attracting (Chinese) investments in railroad infrastructure may also be raised.”
