Russian Vice Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich offered China the possibility to take part in building the Samara – Togliatti speed railway. He made this statement at a meeting with Chinese Railways’ representatives.
The Chinese Railways “participate in designing the Moscow – Kazan high-speed railway. We discussed the status of the project – everything is OK there in terms of deadlines; no delays. They would like to participate in other projects and I said that we have some prospective railway projects [to be executed] in the near future”, Arkady Dvorkovich said.
