Ontario public transportation agency Metrolinx has selected CH2M for its Next Wave Rapid Transit (RT) Projects. CH2M will be in charge of consultant services for the Program Management Services contract.
Metrolinx plans to extend transit service to neighbouring municipalities and regional areas outside the City of Toronto with the Next Wave projects. These include the Hurontario LRT, Hamilton LRT, GO Bus infrastructure improvements and other rapid transit projects to be determined.
