SNCB has accepted the offer of Argos Soditic to increase its stake in SNCB Logistics. The transaction will see Argos Soditic’s participation in SNCB Logistics increase to 66.6%. The agreement will be subject to the approval of the relevant authorities.
The deal will bring 20 million euros in capital increase for SNCB Logistics. The company will also obtain 50 million euros from external financing. In addition, SNCB will convert into capital the convertible subordinated loan of 25 million euros, which it had made available to the company.
