Polish petrochemical group Grupa Lotos will reach a decision on the fate of its rail transport subsidiary Lotos Kolej in the first quarter of this year. In a first phase, Lotos wants to find a financial investor for Lotos Kolej and preserve its stake in the subsidiary, but the company has not ruled out a Warsaw listing of Lotos Kolej. Last year, PKP Cargo had been interested in acquiring Lotos Kolej, but no talks occurred.
