Kazakhstan and Qatar should step up investment cooperation in key investment projects, like infrastructure, oil & gas, tourism, agricultural, telecommunication and other projects, said the Ambassador of Kazakhstan in Qatar, Askar Shokybayev, during a meeting with member of the Qatar Investment Authority H.E. Sheikh Abdullah bin Saoud Al Thani.
Given that Kazakhstan is the most developed and stable country in the region, Sheikh Abdullah bin Saoud Al Thani reiterated Qatar’s interest in the development of full-scale investment cooperation with the country. He expressed readiness to eye various investment projects in Kazakhstan and Qatar’s possible participation. Details of cooperation on the projects are likely to be discussed within the framework of exchange visits of Kazakhstani and Qatari delegations.
