Ukraine counts on Germany’s support in restoring the infrastructure at the country’s East.
Germany’s assistance in the infrastructure restoring is discussed as part of Germany’s potential EUR 500 Million loan guarantee.
The Ministry has calculated losses caused by war in the Eastern part of the country at UAH 3 Billion (USD 230 Million). Restoring the railway infrastructure will require UAH 850 Million (USD 65 Million).
