Azerbaijani Transport Minister Ziya Mammadov met Dutch Minister of Infrastructure and the Environment Melanie Henriette Schultz van Haegen-Maas Geesteranus and they discussed opportunities for transport cooperation between the two countries.
Mammadov briefed the Dutch minister on progress achieved by the country in the transport sector.
He also praised the efforts of Dutch companies in transport infrastructure projects as well as in construction of New Baku International Sea Trade Port.
Geesteranus, in turn, said the Dutch Companies are interested in participating in the transport infrastructure projects in Azerbaijan and presented proposals on cooperation.
