The new Customer Service Point of the Centre for Budapest Transport was opened in the 11th district at Móricz Zsigmond körtér. The customer service point was financed from municipal and European Union sources; all kinds of transport-related issues can be settled there, from ticket and pass purchasing, through general passenger information to Mol Bubi pass purchasing.
The employees of the customer service point will also provide the customers with help in using the new vending machines more confidently, since there are already 200 of those around Budapest and the agglomeration area.
