Denmark train operator DSB says it will need to spend between 20 and 22 billion kroner (EUR 2.7 bln and EUR 2.95 bln) on 275 new train sets by 2030.
The company presented its future requirements in a statement, ahead of starting negotiations with the state. “We want the most transparent process possible, so we are going public with our findings now,” Anders Egehus, the head of DSB operations, wrote in the statement.
