The baggage of experience gained in more than 160 years of history, with a constant attention to innovation of technology, allows PESA to successfully conquer the modern European market. Over recent years the company consequently implement the policy of diversification both products and markets.

PESA’s Trains and trams are designed for carriers and passengers not only in Poland, but also in Lithuania, Ukraine, Belarus, Italy, Hungary, Russia, Romania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic and Kazakhstan. In 2016, PESA’S DMU Link, as the first vehicle throughout the history of the Polish rail industry, went successfully through the homologation procedure in Germany and made its debut on the German tracks for a German client – Niederbarnimer Eisenbahn Aktiengesellschaft (NEB).

Twist_Krakowiak_22At the end of 2017, PESA is scheduled to receive the homologation for DMU Link developed for Deutsche Bahn and to start the supplies of the vehicles for DB Regio.
The flagship products of PESA Bydgoszcz SA include diesel vehicles ATR 220 Atribo, which have been tested already on the Italian market, as well as new generation DMU Link vehicles, which have been ordered by Polish and foreign customers, and EMU Elf, which comply with four crash scenarios.

A wide portfolio of trams is another mainstay of the company. It includes, among others, 186 low-floor Swing trams supplied to the Polish capital of Warsaw based on one of the biggest contracts in Europe, Fokstrot trams which are operated in Moscow and Kiev, and Twist trams manufactured for many of Polish clients.
The highest standards of production processes management in PESA are confirmed by numerous certificates awarded by national and international certification institutions – including very demanding and prestigious certification IRIS 02 and Q1.
